Acumen Aviation Offsite 2018
Acumen Aviation recently held its annual off-site event. This was a great experience bringing together our global team from China, India, Ireland and United States together in our Bangalore office, perfectly located to act as our hub for staff to meet, collaborate and get to know one another.
Healthy relationships and strong lines of communication are of key importance to Acumen as it continues to grow and it was great to see so many new faces since last year. The increasing level of asset management activity further evidences Acumen’s health and bolsters our commitment to find new and interesting ways to invest in strengthening the team.
When the work was done we embarked on a road trip through the colourful and vibrant countryside until we reached the East Coast within the Pondicherry District. There we were met by the friendly staff of the Ocean Spray Resort. This was to be our base for the next few days and provided the perfect backdrop for the whole team to have loads of fun. This year the weather was very kind to us enabling outdoor team building activities. It was action packed, scheduled with a number of collaborative exercises, games, and sessions. There was the much coveted employee of the year award which was jointly awarded to Livia Liu and Malayadri Venkataiah.
