AerCap Delivers First A321Neo to Egyptair

Dublin based aircraft lessor AerCap announced delivery of the first of four Airbus A321Neo aircraft to Egyptair, making it the first African operator of the aircraft.  The aircraft will be operated in a two-class configuration with 16 Business class seats and 166 Economy class seats and will increase the airline’s single-aisle capacity to the Middle East, Africa, and Europe markets.

Avolon delivers first A320neos to ITA Airways

Dublin based aircraft lessor Avolon announced has delivery of three new Airbus A320-200neos to ITA Airways, with a further two aircraft will be delivered later in the year. Avolon President and Chief Commercial Officer said “We are delighted to support ITA Airways with the delivery of the first A320neos in their fleet. One of our core commitments is to help customers make the transition to fuel efficient new technology aircraft, and this deal demonstrates how a lessor like Avolon can help airlines achieve their sustainability ambitions.”

CDB Aviation Completes Deliveries of Five New 737 MAX 8 Aircraft to Oman Air

Dublin based CDB Aviation announced it has completed deliveries of five new Boeing 737 MAX 8 Aircraft to Oman Air contracted as part of a sale and leaseback transaction. CDB Aviation’s Head of EMEA  Paul Boyle, said “These new technology, fuel-efficient aircraft will support the airline’s ongoing recovery efforts, providing the airline’s passengers with greater connectivity and a wider choice of destinations from its hub in Muscat.”

Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announces Caribbean Airlines transaction

Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced it has executed a lease agreement for three ATR72-600s with Caribbean Airlines.
