Abelo orders 20 ATR 72-600
AerCap Acquires Engines From Sanad
AerCap announced the successful acquisition of five General Electric GE90-115B engines from Sanad. AerCap Engines EVP Engines Tom Slattery said "We are very pleased to work with Sanad on this transaction. The addition of these GE-90 engines to our portfolio will enable us to support the strong demand in leasing activity we are seeing from our customers. We thank the team at Sanad for their partnership and look forward to future collaborations between our two companies."
Abelo orders 20 ATR 72-600
Abelo announced the signature of a Heads of Agreement for a firm order of 10 ATR 72-600, along with options for an additional 10 increasing its total commitment to 30 aircraft. Abelo CEO Steve Gorman said “In ATR aircraft, we have discovered the ideal solution to support Abelo’s mission of connecting communities and businesses in an economically and environmentally responsible manner. Our aim is to expedite the transition from older aircraft to the most advanced, low-emission technologies, and ATR turboprops have emerged as the top choice for achieving this objective. Azorra delivers New Embraer E195-E2 to Azul
Azorra announced the delivery of the first of three Embraer E195-E2 aircraft to Azul. Azorra President Ron Baur said “Azul and Azorra have a longstanding partnership and we are proud to deepen this relationship. This E195-E2 marks the first of three modern crossover jets we are set to deliver to Azul. We are especially pleased to be delivering the first of our 35 firm aircraft on order with Embraer to such a great airline.”
Jackson Square Aviation Delivers Airbus A350-900s to Air France
Jackson Square Aviation announced a sale and leaseback financing to Air France for two Airbus A350-900 aircraft. Jackson Square Aviation (JSA) SVP Marketing & Capital Markets EMEA Christophe Million-Rousseau, said “We are delighted to add the third and fourth A350-900 aircraft which marks JSA’s first leases to include sustainability linked provisions. JSA is honoured to have reached this important milestone with Air France”, adding “we look forward to expanding our strong partnership with the Air France KLM Group of airlines over the years ahead.”
