Aergo Capital acquires two Airbus A321-200 aircraft

Aergo Capital announced the acquisition of two A321-232 aircraft, msn’s 3820 & 3878 respectively formerly were owned by investment vehicles managed by SkyWorks Leasing (Ireland) and have long-term leases attached. Aergo Capital CEO Fred Browne stated “We are thrilled to announce the acquisition of two A321-232 aircraft managed by SkyWorks, with Aegean Airlines leases attached. We would like to extend our gratitude to the SkyWorks and Aegean teams for their continued support and dedication throughout the entire transaction process. We are excited to have Aegean as a new lessee and look forward to any collaboration opportunities with SkyWorks in the future.”

 

Air India leases Airbus A320neo from SMBC Aviation Capital

SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one  Airbus A320-251N aircraft (MSN 11927) powered by two LEAP-1A26 engines to Air India. The aircraft is first of six A320-251N aircraft contracted for delivery to Air India from SMBC Aviation Capital’s direct order with Airbus.

Azorra Acquires 12 Airbus 220-300s From EgyptAir

Azorra announced the acquisition of 12 Airbus A220-300s from Egyptair to support the carrier’s ongoing fleet transformation. Azorra CEO & Founder John Evans said “Our strong partnerships with Airbus and Pratt & Whitney have been key to facilitating this creative transaction. Deucalion Aviation delivers Airbus A350-900 to Lufthansa

Deucalion announced the sale and delivery of Airbus A350-900  MSN079 to Lufthansa. This delivery is the last of four 2016 and 2019 Airbus A350-900 units to the German flag carrier. The four units are owned by Deucalion Aviation’s shareholder SVPGlobal and previously operated by LATAM. Deucalion co-chief executive officer and chief operating officer, Jon Skirrow said “We are delighted to conclude this significant transaction with Lufthansa, and to support the growth of the airline, as it continues to build its fleet of new technology, fuel efficient widebodies. Over the last few months, both the Lufthansa and Deucalion teams have jointly worked tirelessly to structure and execute on this complex transaction.
