Ameriflight Appoints Patrick Fluegeman
Air Lease Corporation (ALC) Increases Senior Unsecured Revolving Credit Facility
Air Lease Corporation (ALC) announced it amended and extended its senior unsecured revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent whereby the company extended the final maturity date of the facility from 5 May 2027 to 5 May 2028 and amended the total revolving commitments to approximately $7.8 billion from $7.4 billion across 52 financial institutions. Air Lease Corporation (ALC) Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Gregory B. Willis, said “We are pleased to announce the extension of our senior unsecured revolving credit facility to 2028, and the upsize of the facility to $7.8 billion. This revolving credit facility remains a key component of our funding strategy, and its continued expansion reflects the strength of ALC’s platform and credit metrics. We would like to offer our sincere appreciation to our financial partners for their continued support.”
Ameriflight Appoints Patrick Fluegeman
Ameriflight announced the appointment of Patrick Fluegeman as President and Chief Operating Officer. Fluegeman will be responsible for planning and executing current and future business operation strategies. GA Telesis Leases Second 737-800 Freighter to Kenya Airways
GA Telesis announced the second of two deliveries of Boeing 737-800SF freighters to Kenya Airways. The aircraft was delivered to Kenya Airways as part of a two aircraft transaction. GA Telesis Senior Vice President and Head of the Asset Transaction Group, David Ellis said “We are very pleased to expand our relationship with Kenya Airways on the successful delivery of a second freighter, a testament to our shared commitment to excellence in aviation. This milestone not only strengthens our partnership with a premier air carrier in Africa, but also underscores our mutual dedication to meeting the evolving needs of the global industry.”
SAS Airlines Leases Airbus A320neo from Aviation Capital Group (ACG)
Aviation Capital Group (ACG) announced the delivery of one new Airbus A320neo aircraft on long-term lease to Scandinavian Airlines. The aircraft is the eleventh aircraft scheduled to deliver to the airline as part of a multiple-aircraft sale-leaseback transaction between ACG and SAS.
