A CALC Member Company ARI Fully Acquires UAM
Aircraft Recycling International Limited a member company of China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (CALC), announced that the Company has acquired a 100% equity interest in Universal Asset Management, Inc based in Tennessee, USA.
BOC Aviation reports 18% profit rise in 2016
BOC Aviation has reported an 18% rise in operating profit for 2016 to $474 million, boosted by stronger lease rental income. Total revenue rose by 9% to $1.19 billion, with lease revenue accounting for around $1 billion. In terms of transactions it took delivery of 67 aircraft, including 11 that were acquired by airlines on delivery, and leased 68 aircraft selling 37 owned aircraft and one managed aircraft.
CALC Delivers A320s to Air Asia Group
China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited (CALC), an aircraft leasing company based in Hong Kong, has completed the deliveries of an Airbus A320 each to AirAsia Berhad (Malaysia) and Thai AirAsia (Thailand).
China Aircraft Leasing 2016 net profit up 68% to $82 million
Hong Kong based aircraft lessor China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) posted a 2016 net profit of 638.4 million Hong Kong dollars ($82.3 million), up 67.9% from the company’s HK$380.2 million in prior year. CALC ended its financial year with a fleet of 81 aircraft with plans to grow feet to 173 aircraft by 2022.
