Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) Welcomes Government’s New Quarantine Policy
The Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) in a statement welcomed the Chinese Government’s new quarantine policy for arriving passengers. AAHK in an statement said “It believes the adjustment will be conducive to the recovery of air traffic and has been working closely with the airport community to prepare for the expected increase of flights and passengers”. AAHK stated it will continue to facilitate the preventive and quarantine measures implemented by the Government at Hong Kong International Airport.
China Airlines Aircraft to Join Pokémon Air Adventures
China Airlines announced the unveiling of its “Pokémon Air Adventures” Airbus A321NEO aircraft. The Pokémon-themed liveried new Airbus A321NEO aircraft will accompany travellers on their long-awaited return to the freedom of the skies after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) Changes COVID-19 Rules For International Flights
The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) announced it has made changes to existing travel restrictions applied for scheduled international passenger flights effective from 7 August, 2022 enabling social and economic evelopment, that will enable cross-border connectivity while containing the pandemic in a more scientific and precise way.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) gets licenses to operate passenger flights to two more cities in China
The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) according to local reports has been granted licenses to operate passenger flights to operate to two new gateway cities of Guangzhou and Xian, further developing its route network in China. The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Country Manager Qadir Bux Sangi was quoted in an statement “After a change in current standard operating procedure of CAAC, we have an option to start our schedule flights for Guangzhou and Xian also.”
