@AirlineFlyer FAA confirms weekend's shift of Newark airspace from N90 to PHL TRACON, promising long term efficiencies resulting from the short term pain. It reiterates that N90 staffing is at just 61% of target levels with a training success rate of just 33% (!) while PHL is well staffed.
@AirlineFlyer More very late #FIA2024 orders: @Airbus announced an MoU for 5 A350-900 from Abra Group, the majority investor of Avianca and Gol. That's super interesting because Avianca is a 787 customer and Gol has no longhaul fleet at all. No indication where these A350s will end up.
@AirlineFlyer In its quest to make money once again, @JetBlue just announced (and re-announced) some new routes. Yes, that's a new dot at @flymanchester and a lot more lines from PVD. Also reports that 60% of its E190 fleet has been replaced by the A220.
