Flash News: GMR Aero Technic granted high court injuction to stop DGCA from permitting export of Jet Airways aircraft
Flash news- Hyderabad based GMR Aero Technic has been granted an injunction by the High Court of Hyderabad, to stop DGCA from permitting export of Jet Airways aircraft.
This is worrying news as more such petitions are possibly being filed, and could be in contravention of the Cape Town Convention.
