ABL Aviation announces Air France A220-300 transaction

ABL Aviation announced the delivery of the fifth Airbus A220-300 to Air France on a long-term lease. This transaction was executed through a Japanese operating lease (JOL) on behalf of its Japanese client.

ATR72-600 delivered by GOAL Aircraft Leasing Ireland to IndiGo

GOAL Aircraft Leasing Ireland announced the delivery of a fifth new ATR72-600 aircraft (MSN 1671) to IndiGo Airlines, India.

Formidion Aviation acquires sixteen DHC8-400s

Nordic Aviation Capital announced it has executed a sale agreement for sixteen Dash 8-400s with Dublin-based aircraft lessor Formidion Aviation.

SMBC Aviation Capital Increases Boeing 737-8 MAX Commitment  

SMBC Aviation Capital announced an order for 25 737-8s. The new order increases SMBC's backlog to 81 737 MAX aircraft focused on 737-8. SMBC Aviation Capital CEO Peter Barrett said "We are pleased to conclude this further order with our long-standing partner Boeing and we look forward to working closely with them in the future. This transaction demonstrates our commitment to provide our customers with the latest-technology, most fuel-efficient aircraft, as they seek to meet their own sustainability objectives and reduce operating costs.”

Vmo Aircraft Leasing announces appointment

Vmo Aircraft Leasing announced Deirdre Ní Chearbhaill has been appointed as General Counsel. based in the lessor's Dublin office and serves on its leadership team. Vmo Aircraft Leasing Executive Chairman Robert Brown said “We are delighted to welcome Deirdre to Vmo with her significant deal experience and extensive industry relationships. We look forward to her involvement in the continued development of our legal and compliance teams, as we scale up our business to further strengthen our commercial position in the global leasing market.”
