Azorra Announces Scoot Embraer E190-E2 lease agreements
Azorra announced that it has signed lease agreements for nine new E190-E2 aircraft with Scoot, the low cost subsidiary of the Singapore Airlines Group, with deliveries to commence in 2024. Azorra CEO John Evans, said “We are thrilled to support Scoot and its exciting expansion plan to serve more short and medium haul flights across Southeast Asia.”
CDB Aviation announces T’way Air B737 MAX lease agreement
CDB Aviation announced the signing of lease agreements for two Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft with T’way Air, deliveries are expected in January and November 2024. CDB Aviation Chief Marketing Officer Peter Goodman said “We’re pleased to be strengthening our relationship with T’way, one of the fastest growing low-cost carriers in South Korea, with this transaction for two MAX aircraft. Our commercial team continues to be focused on expanding our reach in the region, working collaboratively with carriers to support their immediate and longer-term fleet needs.”
Fifth Embraer E195-E2 to Porter Airlines by Falko
Falko Regional Aircraft Limited (Falko) announce that, on behalf of its investors, it has taken delivery of its fifth Embraer E195-E2. The aircraft is the final delivery in a five aircraft sale and leaseback transaction with Porter Airlines. Falko Chief Commercial Officer Mark Hughes, said “We are delighted to conclude this transaction with Porter, a new customer to Falko, as well as adding these five new Embraer E2 aircraft to our portfolio. We look forward to a long partnership with Porter as they expand their business with new technology aircraft.”
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) sells Embraer E170 aircraft to CommuteAir
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced it has executed a purchase agreement with CommuteAir for an Embraer E170 aircraft. CommuteAir CEO Rick Hoefling said “The CommuteAir team is pleased to complete this acquisition of an E170 from NAC as part of our previously announced plan to add the aircraft type to our certificate and pursue independent charter opportunities.”
