Aergo Capital acquires seven ATR72-500 from TAT Leasing Aergo Capital has acquired a portfolio of seven (7) ATR72-500 aircraft from TAT Leasing. All seven aircraft are on operating leases with Jet Airways. The 2007 / 2008 vintage aircraft bear Manufacturers Serial Numbers 771, 775, 791, 793, 825, 841 and 843. This acquisition increases Aergo’s fleet to 36 aircraft. Avolon is now the world’s third largest aircraft leasing company with a combined fleet, as of 31 December, 2016, of 868 aircraft valued at over US$43 billion. Avolon delivers an A320-200 to Batik Air Avolon announced 3 April the delivery of one Airbus A320-200 aircraft to Batik Air. This is the sixth Avolon aircraft on lease to Batik Air. AWAS to Lease Three Airbus A320 Aircraft to Spring Airlines AWAS and Spring Airlines 6 April announced completed lease agreements for three Airbus A320 aircraft. These modern, fuel efficient planes will be delivered in 2018 and are part of a direct order AWAS has with Airbus. AWAS Leases Three Airbus A320 Aircraft to IndiGo AWAS and IndiGo 31 March announced the completion of an lease agreement for three Airbus A320 family aircraft, due for delivery from Q2 2017. This latest addition to the IndiGo A320 family fleet will assist the carrier as it looks to capitalise on India’s increasing demand for point to point low fare air travel CIT Completes Sale Of Joint Venture Stake In TC-CIT Aviation CIT Group Inc announced 3 April that it completed the sale of its 30 percent ownership stake in the commercial aircraft leasing joint ventures TC-CIT Aviation Ireland and TC-CIT Aviation U.S., Inc. to its joint venture partner Tokyo Century Corporation (TC). This is the fourth aircraft to deliver as part of a five aircraft lease deal signed in 2016.
