Avolon delivers another A320neo to IndiGo Avolon announced 28th December the delivery of one Airbus A320NEO aircraft to IndiGo. This is the twenty-fourth Avolon aircraft on lease to IndiGo. Avolon delivers one Airbus A320-200 to Vueling Avolon announced 30th December the delivery of one Airbus A320-200 aircraft to Vueling. This is the sixth aircraft on lease to Vueling, in addition to one managed aircraft. Intrepid Announces Delivery of First A330-300 to Turkish Airlines Intrepid Aviation announced 22 December the delivery of its first of seven Airbus A330-300 aircraft to Turkish Airlines. The aircraft is powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 772B-60EP engines and subject to long-term lease with the carrier. Intrepid Announces Sale of A330-300 Aircraft Intrepid Aviation confirmed 23 December the sale of one (1) Pratt & Whitney powered A330-300 aircraft on December 22nd to Floreat Aviation MSN 1518 Limited, for which Doric will act as Asset Manager for the aircraft going forward. The aircraft was acquired new by Intrepid in April 2014 and delivered under long-term lease to Korea’s Asiana Airlines. Kahala Aviation Announces New Engine Purchases Kahala Aviation announced 3 January its first stand along engine purchases and leases. Kahala Aviation has acquired two CFM56-7B26/3 engines (ESNs 896246 and 894975) on lease to Hainan Airlines and in a separate transaction acquired a CFM56-7B26 engine (ESN 875271) on lease to Aerolineas Argentinas. Russia’s S7 Airlines to lease 17 E170s from GECAS Russia’s S7 Airlines has agreed to lease 17 used Embraer E170s from GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), beginning in the first half of 2017. Last October, the Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation validated type certificates for Embraer’s E170 and E175 jets Russia's S7 Airlines to lease sixteen A320neo from Irish aircraft lessors S7 Airlines (S7, Novosibirsk) is set to lease an additional sixteen A320neo following board approvals for the contracts according to Swiss Aviation website CH Aviation. According to the minutes of an S7 Holdings board meeting this week, S7 will lease ten A320neo from AerCap and six from Wilmington Trust SP Services (Dublin). South African carrier Airlink adds 11 ERJ 140s from ECC Leasing Independent South African regional airline Airlink is to add 11 Embraer ERJ 140s, taking it to a fleet of 30 Embraer aircraft.
