AerCap Delivers Its First A321neo to SriLankan Airlines AerCap announced 3 July the delivery of its first Airbus A321neo aircraft on lease to SriLankan Airlines, powered by CFM International’s Leap-1A engines. The aircraft is the first A321neo to enter the airline’s fleet. AWAS delivers Airbus A319 to Germania AWAS announced 27 June the delivery of an Airbus A319 on lease to new customer Germania. The aircraft was delivered to the independent German airline on 27 June. This aircraft MSN1886 comes from AWAS’ existing portfolio. AWAS to Place Boeing 737-800 with Ukraine International Airlines AWAS announced 5 July that it has completed a lease agreement with Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) for a Boeing 737-800 aircraft. The aircraft comes from AWAS’ existing fleet and is expected to deliver to the airline in Q1 2018. Bocomm delivers Russian Style Bocomm Aviation Leasing delivered the third of three Boeing 777-300ER's to Russia's Aeroflot Airlines on 3 July. SKY Leasing Announces Closing of A321-200 with Capital Airlines SKY Aviation Leasing announced 5 July the closing of one Airbus A321-200 aircraft on long-term lease to Beijing Capital Airlines. The DOM 2016 aircraft marks the second of two aircraft with the airline. SKY Leasing Announces Tenth Aircraft Closing of 2017 SKY Aviation Leasing announced 5 July the delivery of its tenth aircraft of 2017. The DOM 2011 Boeing B737-800 aircraft is on long-term lease to Skymark. The transaction marks SKY Leasing’s first transaction with the airline. SKY Leasing Announces Two Airbus A320-200 to Aeroflot SKY Aviation Leasing announced 5 July the delivery of two Airbus A320-200 aircrafts. The two DOM 2011 Airbus A320-200 aircrafts are on term lease to Aeroflot. SKY Leasing Takes Delivery of B737-800 with GOL SKY Aviation Leasing announced 5 July the delivery of a Boeing B737-800 aircraft and its long-term lease to GOL. SKY Leasing Signs Second Boeing B787-8 Sale and Lease-Back with Ethiopian SKY Aviation Leasing announced 5 July the delivery of its second aircraft with Ethiopian Airlines, a Boeing B787-8. This is the second of two sale and lease-backs with the airline. SKY Leasing Takes Ownership of A320-200 with Airberlin SKY Aviation Leasing announced 5 July the ownership of one Airbus A320-200 with Airberlin – marking the third of three with the airline. SMBC Aviation Capital concludes four aircraft deal with new customer Lucky Air SMBC Aviation Capital and Chinese low-cost carrier, Lucky Air, announced 5 July that they have entered into an agreement for the placement of four Boeing B737-8 MAX aircraft. This deal represents SMBC Aviation Capital’s first placement of the MAX aircraft from its order book with Boeing and Lucky Air’s first order of a Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft. The new aircraft are scheduled to deliver in 2018 and 2019. SMBC Aviation Capital places new Boeing 737-800 with new customer Solaseed Air SMBC Aviation Capital confirmed on 3 July the placement of a new Boeing 737-800 with Japanese carrier Solaseed Air.
