Aergo Capital announces the acquisition of two widebody aircraft by way of sale & leaseback with Iberia Aergo Capital has completed the sale and leaseback of two widebody aircraft with Iberia. The transaction includes the sale and leaseback of two Airbus A330-200 aircraft, bearing manufacturers serial numbers 1864 and 1882. Both aircraft are subject to long-term leases with Iberia. We are looking forward to further developing our relationship with the Group & Iberia” CDB Aviation and Volaris Agree to Sale and Leaseback of Four New A320neo Aircraft CDB Aviation announced the signing of a new agreement with Controladora Vuela Compañía de Aviación, S.A.B. de C.V for the sale and leaseback of four new Airbus A320neo aircraft. The aircraft, two of which are scheduled to deliver to Volaris by October 2021, with the remaining two expected to arrive by May 2022, are leased on a long-term basis, bringing the total of CDB Aviation aircraft on lease to the carrier to 6.
