Azul Leased Five Airbus A330-900neo from Avolon Azul announced 21 September an order for five next-generation Airbus A330-900neo widebody aircraft from Avolon, The deliveries commence in late 2018, the A330neo will enable Azul to grow international flights to the U.S. and Europe, and will also allow us to explore select new destinations. FPG Amentum delivers one 737-800 to JEJU AIR FPG Amentum announced 20 September the delivery of one Boeing 737-800 (MSN 36814) to JEJU AIR. MSN 36814 transitioned from Norwegian on September 18, 2017 and is managed by FPG Amentum on behalf of a JOL owner. MSN 36814 becomes the first aircraft managed by FPG Amentum on lease to JEJU AIR. Intrepid Celebrates Closing of First AFIC Backed Financing Intrepid Aviation announced 19 September the closing of its first Aircraft Finance Insurance Consortium (“AFIC”) backed financing for one 747-8 Freighter (747-8F) on lease to AirBridge Cargo Airlines. The financing was arranged and underwritten by ING Capital LLC and Apple Bank. The transaction represents the first non-payment insurance backed financing ever closed by an operating lessor and further diversifies the Company’s banking group with the addition of ING Capital LLC. NAC delivered one ATR 72-500, MSN 918, to Aeronova on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 21 September that it has delivered one ATR 72-500, MSN 918, to Aeronova on lease. NAC delivered one ATR 72-600, MSN 1165, to Regional Jet OÜ on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 21 September that it has delivered one ATR 72-600, MSN 1165, to Regional Jet OÜ on lease. NAC delivered one ATR 72-500, MSN 749, to Yeti Airlines on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 21 September that it has delivered one ATR 72-500, MSN 749, to Yeti Airlines on lease.
