AerCap Delivers First A321NEO-LR to Air Transat
AerCap has announced 7 May that it has delivered the first Airbus A321LR on operating lease to Air Transat. This is the first of 17 Airbus A320neo aircraft, including 15 A321LRs, to be delivered to the airline from AerCap’s order book with Airbus. The remaining aircraft will deliver through 2022. Aengus Kelly, Chief Executive Officer of AerCap, said, “We are proud to deliver the first A321LR to our longstanding customer, Air Transat, and to play a significant role in the future growth of the airline. We thank the team at Air Transat for the confidence they have placed in AerCap and we look forward to delivering the remaining aircraft over the course of the coming years.”
Avolon delivers one Airbus A330NEO to Azul
Avolon announced 10 May the delivery of one Airbus A330NEO to Azul. The first aircraft, leased by Avolon and registered as PR-ANZ, is the first of the five aircraft to be operated by the Brazilian carrier, out of the 15 ordered by the Irish lessor.

Jackson Square Aviation Ireland Announces Delivery Of One Boeing 737-800 Aircraft To T'Way
Jackson Square Aviation Ireland announced 10 May the delivery of one Boeing 737-800 aircraft from its existing fleet on lease to T'Way. Chris Dailey, President and Chief Commercial Officer, stated, "We are delighted to welcome T'Way as our newest customer. We are pleased to be able to support the airline as it embarks on the next phase of its growth in the Korean LCC market."
KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Pioneer Aircraft Finance Limited
Kroll Bond Rating Agency Europe Limited (KBRA) assigned preliminary ratings to three series of notes issued by Pioneer Aircraft Finance Limited and Pioneer Aircraft Finance LLC. The transaction is serviced by Goshawk Management (Ireland) Limited minority portion (10%) of the equity.
