Avolon Announce New Appointments Avolon announced the appointments of Felipe Campos as Chief Technical Officer and Steven Graham to the role of Head of Americas. Felipe Campos will bring a wide range of aviation experience to his new position which will be based in Dublin. An engineer by training, Felipe has been Avolon’s head of Latin America, responsible for all of Avolon’s activity in that region since 2016. As a customer focused executive, he will bring deep commercial perspective and strategic insight to his new role. Steven Graham has been appointed Head of the Americas for Avolon. He has been Head of North America since 2017 and in his new role that will expand to incorporate North and Latin America. Based in New York, he will lead all of Avolon’s activity in these regions. Bill Thompson Joins EirTrade Aviation EirTrade Aviation announced the appointment of Bill Thompson to the team as a Director of the company to pioneer EirTrade’s expansion into the US. SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Boeing 737-800 to Georgian Airways SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one Boeing 737-800 aircraft (MSN 35105) equipped with two CFM56-7B26/3 engines to Georgian Airways. SMBC Aviation delivers sixth Airbus A320neo to S7 SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one (1) Airbus A320neo aircraft (MSN 10160) equipped with two (2) Pratt & Whitney PW1127G-JM engines to S7.
