DAE signs landmark unsecured revolving credit facility
Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) announced 21 May that it has signed a landmark unsecured four-year revolving credit facility with an initial commitment of US$480 million and an accordion feature that allows the facility to be increased to up to US$800 million at any time after the initial closing. The facility includes both conventional and Islamic tranches and will support the future financing needs of the business.
NAC delivered one Embraer E190, MSN 19000263, to LLC “IKAR” on lease
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 23 May the delivery of one Embraer E190, MSN 19000263, to LLC “IKAR” (d.b.a. Pegas Fly) on lease.
NAC announces the acquisition of all aircraft assets owned by Aldus Aviation Fund (AAF)
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 17 May that it has acquired all of the aircraft assets owned by Aldus Aviation Fund (AAF). Since 2016, NAC has managed 29 E-jets owned by AAF which are currently on lease to 9 airlines including HOP!, Flybe and Royal Air Maroc. NAC took ownership of the aircraft assets through the acquisition of all E-notes in ATLAS 2014-1 Limited. The acquisition brings NAC’s owned fleet to 413 aircraft.

Ruili Airlines and SMBC Aviation Capital sign letter of intent for the placement of two aircraft
SMBC Aviation Capital and Chinese airline, Ruili Airlines have announced that they have signed a letter of intent (LOI) for the placement of two Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft. This is the first commitment that Ruili Airlines has negotiated with an aircraft leasing company outside of China.
