Broward Aviation Services acquires Boeing 737-700 from ACS
Broward Aviation Services (BAS) announced acquisition of a Boeing 737-700 (MSN 28013) airframe from Aero Capital Solutions (ACS). The aircraft disassembly has already commenced in Marana, Arizona and will complete early November, all torn down assets will be repaired and put into stock at the organisation’s hubs in the US and at their new facility in Shannon. BAS Group of companies Co-Founder & President Dennis Amaty, said “This year we embarked on an ambitious programme to purchase airframes and engines for teardown to boost our inventory and enable us to better serve our rapidly expanding European customer base. We currently have a stock valued at over $60 million and are actively focusing on the B737NG right now”
GA Telesis acquires three aircraft from Avolon
GA Telesis announced the acquisition of a three aircraft portfolio from Avolon for its GA Telesis’ Leasing, Investment, Financing & Trading (LIFT) subsidiary. The aircraft are all mid-life narrowbodies and are on-lease to airline operators in Australia, Europe and Japan. GA Telesis Senior Vice President and Head of the Asset Transaction Group David Ellis, said “We are pleased to complete this acquisition from Avolon and to add them to our growing list of top-tier trading partners.”

Jackson Square Aviation (JSA) announced it has formally closed a $150m pre-delivery payment financing facility for Frontier Airlines). This facility will partially finance Frontier’s PDP payment obligations for their A320neo family aircraft delivers up to 2027. Jackson Square Aviation (JSA) President & Chief Commercial Officer, Chris Dailey said “We are pleased to continue to build on our long-standing relationship with Frontier by providing this PDP financing facility. The Frontier and JSA relationship extends over many years through aircraft sale-leaseback financing, and we are excited about this evolution in our partnership. We look forward to continuing to provide unique financing solutions to Frontier to support their sustainable growth over the balance of this decade,” said Dailey.”
United Airlines leases Boeing 737s and 787-9 from BOC Aviation
BOC Aviation announced that it has entered into a lease transaction involving three Boeing 737-9 and one Boeing 787-9 aircraft with United Airlines. BOC Aviation Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Steven Townend said “We are delighted to be supporting our long-time customer, United, once again, as it continues its fleet renewal programme. The financing of these four latest generation Boeing aircraft provides us with an incremental investment opportunity as we continue to grow our business.”
