My Freighter leases Boeing 767-300BCF from ATSG
Air Lease Corporation (ALC) to Lease 18 New Boeing 737-8's to Egyptair
Air Lease Corporation (ALC) announced long-term lease contracts for 18 new Boeing 737-8 aircraft with Egyptair for delivery in 2025 and 2026. Air Lease Corporation Executive Chairman Steven F. Udvar-Hazy said “We are pleased to announce this deal for 18 new Boeing 737-8 aircraft with ALC’s new customer, EGYPTAIR, and be the first to lease the 737-8 to the airline. As a leading carrier in North Africa, EGYPTAIR will continue to excel in the market with these 18 new generation Boeing 737-8 aircraft that will replace EGYPTAIR’s aging narrowbody fleet with the most advanced, fuel-efficient Boeing aircraft and will significantly enhance the airline’s fleet operations and competitiveness.”#

My Freighter leases Boeing 767-300BCF from ATSG
Uzbekistan based My Freighter has leased a Boeing 767-300BCF from Air Transport Services Group (ATSG). ATSG Chief Commercial Officer Paul Chase, said “Through its LeasePlus+ service model, ATSG continues to provide unparalleled capacity opportunities to global air cargo customers. This delivery to My Freighter expands that reach by building capacity in a region recognized for facilitating trade between Europe and East Asia.”
United Airlines Applies for Houston-Tokyo-Haneda route authority
United Airlines announced it has filed roue authority with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) for daily nonstop flights between Houston's Bush Intercontinental Airport hub and Tokyo Haneda Airport. United Airlines Senior Vice President, Global Network Planning and Alliances Patrick Quayle, said “Between its steadily growing population and its booming energy and innovation sectors, the Houston area has transformed into a critical hub for both business and leisure travel. If awarded by the DOT, this new service will enhance travel options to Tokyo Haneda for consumers across the Southern United States and strengthen the economic partnership between Japan and more than 240 affiliated businesses in the greater Houston area."
