Jackson Square Aviation (JSA) is pleased to announce the delivery of one Airbus A320neo aircraft to IndiGo. This delivery completes the final part of a six aircraft sale and leaseback transaction with IndiGo.
12th aircraft for Xcalibur Aviation Company financed by MONTE
MONTE announced that it has financed one Cessna Grand Caravan 208B aircraft for Xcalibur Aviation Company, with the aircraft set to be delivered at the end of the year. This will be the 12th aircraft financed for Xcalibur. The company specializes in airborne and marine geophysics services provider globally.
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announces board changes
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced the appointment of Mr. John Higgins and Mr. Yadin Rozov as non-executive Board Directors effective 1st October. NAC stated in December current board members Mr Patrick Blaney and Mr Martin Cooke will retire from the Board. Chairman of the NAC Board, Klaus Heinemann said, “We are pleased to welcome John and Yadin as independent non-executive Directors of the Board. I am confident we will continue to deliver on our strategy with their support. We would like to thank Patrick and Martin for their contributions during their time on the NAC Board. They have been with us during a significant period of transformation and have played a critical role in driving NAC’s financial restructuring.”
