AFG Aviation Ireland announced the acquisition of two Airbus A319-115 aircraft bearing manufacturer's serial numbers 7284 and 7318 from a US-investor consortium managed by Crestone Air Partners, Inc.
New Dublin start-up lessor GD Helicopter Finance (GDHF)
GD Helicopter Finance (GDHF) is a new Dublin based start-up helicopter leasing and finance company GDHF plans to rapidly grow a large portfolio of the newest technology, efficient, cost-effective, multi-mission helicopters, and lease to customers globally.
GD Helicopter Finance (GDHF) CEO Mike York said “I am honoured to lead GDHF as the founding CEO. My goal is to build the best team and platform in the industry, setting a strong long-term culture of customer focus, trust, integrity, excellence, speed and flexibility. I am confident that this approach will deliver significant value for our customers. GDHF will offer our customers near term availability of the newest technology, efficient, cost-effective, multi-mission helicopters, via an existing order book of 50 x Airbus H160 medium helicopters and a near term additional order of Super Medium helicopters, along with the capacity for GDHF to readily deploy additional capital to meet market requirements for Helicopter financing.”

Limerick based lessor Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced it has executed a sale agreement for two Dash 8-400s Bodo based scheduled carrier Wideroe Flyveselskap AS.
SMBC Aviation Capital delivers Airbus A320N to Air India
Dublin based lessor SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one Airbus A320-251N aircraft (MSN 12016) to Air India. The aircraft is the fourth of six A320-251N aircraft contracted for delivery to Air India from SMBC Aviation Capital’s direct order with Airbus.
