Deepak is working as a Company Secretary at Air Works Group and has over 18 years of experience in legal, corporate governance and compliance function in companies namely Bharti Airtel Ltd, Telenor India along with few other large Indian conglomerates. He has significant experience in Corporate Law advisory, Regulatory approvals, merger and amalgamation transactions etc. Deepak is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a post graduate degree in Commerce, and a degree in Law. He is Air Works nominated Director on the Board of Acumen since March, 2024.
