Nitin is a seasoned finance executive - qualified Chartered Accountant with over 23 years of experience, Nitin's rich experience in senior management positions across a variety of industries such as Aviation, Renewables, Telecom, Infrastructure, and Services, together with his sharp commercial acumen, and strong understanding of financial and accounting fundamentals in various GAAPS including, Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP, Corporate Governance, and Financial Modelling, make him an invaluable asset to Air Works Group’s leadership and its financial success.

Nitin is Chief Financial Officer of Air Works India (Engineering) Pvt. Ltd. and plays a critical role in maintaining the stability of the day-to-day operations and financial health of Air Works Group and is Air Works Nominated Director on the Board of Acumen since May, 2024.
