Ravi’s experience spans over 12 years, including over 6 years with Air Works, where he has held the positions of DGM, Corporate Development; Sr. Manager, Strategy and M&A, and Manager, Strategy and M&A, respectively.  In addition to time served at Air Works, Ravi served with KPMG India’s M&A Consulting team, and was M&A Executive with Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.  Ravi has experience in financial modelling, analysis and valuation and has acquired multiple professional accolades and awards throughout his career.
