AerCap Announces Component Agreement with OEMServices
AerCap announced that it has signed a seven-year component sale and leaseback agreement with OEMServices. Under the agreement AerCap Materials will provide a substantial inventory of Airbus A220 aircraft components to support OEMServices’ extensive airline customer base. This latest agreement is a further example of the inventory financing solutions provided by AerCap Materials to OEMServices across various platforms, including Airbus A320 and Airbus A380 lines. AerCap Materials CEO Aimee Craig said, “The growth of our inventory financing services has enabled AerCap Materials to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to all of our customers. We are delighted to extend our strategic partnership with OEMServices as they grow their global support solutions for airlines around the world and we look forward to further enhancing our relationship with the OEMServices team.”
LCI to acquire 21 Latest Generation Helicopters From Leonardo
LCI announced signature of a new innovative framework agreement for up to 21 of the latest generation helicopters from Leonardo, comprising of 10 firm plus 11 options for delivery up to 2028. The agreement covers the latest generation light-intermediate AW169, intermediate AW139 and super-medium AW189 helicopters, which will collectively address industry renewal and replacement requirements in a variety of missions including Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Search and Rescue (SAR), offshore energy, including wind.

Arena Aviation Capital reached the milestone of 100th aircraft acquisition. The aircraft, a 2014 built A320‐200 operated by the Hungarian LCC Wizz Air was acquired on behalf of one of Arena´s US fund investor. This month is the lessor’s 10th anniversary. Arena Chief Executive Officer Patrick den Elzen, said “Over the last 10 years we have steadily built up our platform and track record with it, providing independent lease management services to a select number of investor clients from North America, Europe and the Far East. By sticking to what we know how to do best and adding real value during every point in the aviation cycle – and each individual aircraft ownership lifespan – we have consistently delivered what our clients hired us for and more. This milestone 100th aircraft is to be just the beginning as we strive to become one of the main aircraft asset managers globally over the next 5-10 years.”
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) Sells Embraer Portfolio to Falko
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced it has signed a sale agreement for four E170s and twenty E190 aircraft with Falko Regional Aircraft Limited (Falko) on behalf of its managed fund, Falko Regional Aircraft Opportunities Fund II.
