Aergo Capital acquires Airbus A320ceo on lease to Iberia
ABL Aviation Commits to Embraer E2 Program
ABL Aviation (ABL) announced a $400 million financing facility dedicated to supporting Embraer’s E-Jet E2 program. The investment provides Embraer’s airline customers worldwide with enhanced and more affordable financing options for E2 model deliveries, including the E175-E2, E190-E2, and E195-E2, modelled on the success of ABL’s Airbus A220 program. ABL Aviation CEO Ali Ben Lmadani stated “We’re excited about working with Embraer to support deliveries of the impressive E2 family of aircraft. ABL is proud play a role in our industry’s transformation by helping expand access to Embraer's E2 jets, one of the most sustainable, reliable, and well-designed aircraft classes on the market. Aergo Capital acquires Airbus A320ceo on lease to Iberia
Aergo Capital announced the acquisition of one Airbus A320-200 (MSN 5692) from SMBC Aviation Capital acting as servicer. The aircraft is on lease to Iberia. Aergo Capital CEO Fred Browne stated “We are happy to announce the acquisition of this Airbus A320-200 aircraft, on lease to Iberia, which SMBC Aviation Capital managed. We would like to extend our gratitude to the SMBC Aviation Capital team for their diligence and collaboration in getting this deal over the line.”
CDB Aviation Completes Airbus A330 Aircraft Sale Mandate
CDB Aviation announced the completion of a mandate to sell eight Airbus A330-200 aircraft. CDB Aviation acted as Servicer to China Development Bank in the transactions. CDB Aviation CEO Jie Chen, stated “We are pleased to complete this mandate for our shareholder. This one-of-a-kind transaction demonstrates CDB Aviation's customer-oriented, full-service approach, not only for airlines but also for asset owners.”
Stratos sells four aircraft
Stratos announced it has executed three separate transactions involving the sale of four aircraft including two A320 aircraft (MSNs 5653 and 5372) to Avion Express, a 737-300F (MSN 27459) to a Middle Eastern buyer and a leased 777-300ER (MSN 38665) to investors managed by Altavair. Stratos SVP Corporate Finance, Fraser Chestney said “We are delighted to be executing so many highly profitable trades for our different investors and continue to actively raise further capital and acquire additional aircraft as we work through this strong cyclic recovery in investment returns for this asset class. Our team has done exceptional work on the technical, airline coverage and debt raising sides in the past year to overcome many complex challenges associated with transitioning newish and mid-life aircraft."
