Aergo Capital acquires four aircraft from AerCap

ACIA Aero Leasing starts ATR72-600 Large Cargo Door conversion

ACIA Aero Leasing announced that it will commence the first ATR 72-600 (MSN 1239) Large Cargo Door freighter conversion. The project commences in August 2024 at Empire Aerospace, Idaho in the United States and it is expected that the conversion and final certification will be completed by Q1 2025.  ACIA Aero Leasing CEO Mick Mooney, said “We are continuing to see very strong demand for the overall ATR72 platform, as it is the most fuel-efficient regional aircraft in its class. The demand for the 72-600 LCD has been there for some time as operators have been looking to renew their fleets with the latest technology.  Along with our sister company, IPR Conversions, which owns the ATR conversion STC, we have the experience and capability to meet this operator demand.”
 

Aergo Capital acquires four aircraft from AerCap

Aergo Capital announced the acquisition of two Airbus A320-200 aircraft and two Boeing 737-800 aircraft from AerCap. The A320 aircraft are on lease to Lauda, a subsidiary of the Ryanair Group, and the B737 aircraft are on lease to Jeju Air. Aergo Capital CEO Fred Browne stated “We are delighted to announce acquisition of the four aircraft from AerCap. The A320 & B737 aircraft are strong additions to our portfolio, and we are particularly excited to welcome Lauda and Jeju Air into our lessee base. We would like to thank AerCap for their tenacity and support in getting this deal across the line and look forward to working with their team again in the future.”

 

Azorra acquires Embraer E195 From Aurigny

Azorra announcing the acquisition of one Embraer E195 from Aurigny, to support the airline’s fleet transformation process. Azorra Chief Marketing Officer, Michael Davis says “The E195 continues to be in high demand and this opportunity to assist Aurigny is complementary to supporting the capacity needs of our existing Embraer customer base.”
 

Falko Acquires Two E190 Aircraft on lease to Airlink

Falko Regional Aircraft Limited announced the acquisition of two  Embraer E190 aircraft on lease to Airlink. The aircraft with MSNs 19000202 and 19000265 were acquired from Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC). Falko Chief Commercial officer Mark Hughes stated “We are delighted to close the two E190 aircraft which marks the first closing of the twenty-four aircraft deal with NAC. The acquisition of the two E190s increases Fund II’s fleet to 66 and further underpins our longstanding relationship with Airlink, one of the leading airlines in Africa and a long-term Falko customer. We would like to extend our thanks to the teams at NAC and Airlink for their support in closing out this deal, and we look forward to working with NAC on the remaining closings.”
