Aergo Capital acquires two Boeing 737-800 aircraft on lease to T’Way
Aergo Capital announced the acquisition of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft (MSN 40308 & 34989) from SMBC Aviation Capital. The two aircraft are on lease to T’way. Aergo Capital CEO Fred Browne, stated “It is a pleasure to announce the acquisition of the two Boeing 737-800 aircraft from SMBC Aviation Capital. We are particularly excited to add T’way to our portfolio as a new lessee. I would also like to thank SMBC Aviation Capital for their diligence in getting this deal over the line and look forward to working with them again in the future.”
AIP Capital Establishes Singapore Office
AIP Capital announced it has opened an office in Singapore, cementing its presence in the Asia-Pacific region. The office in Singapore is AIP’s third global office, joining footprints in Dublin, Ireland and Stamford, Connecticut. Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) leases three ATR72-600s to Fiji Airways
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced that it has executed a lease agreement for three ATR 72-600s with Fiji Airways. The aircraft are from NAC’s orderbook with ATR.
TrueNoord inducts 29th aircraft acquired from NAC
TrueNoord announced finalisation of the purchase of an additional eight aircraft from Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC). The novation of these aircraft significantly increases TrueNoord’s global fleet to a total of 94 aircraft. TrueNoord Transaction Manager, Abhineet Awasthi said “This transaction underscores our commitment to strategically expand our fleet while building on our positive relationship with NAC. We’ve successfully novated 29 aircraft with the conclusion of this transaction and added new airline customers across the world, strengthening our position as a leading regional aircraft lessor.”
