Aircraft Leasing & Management (ALM) acquires Airbus A321neo from Aircastle

Aircraft Leasing & Management (ALM) announced the acquisition of one Airbus A321neo from Aircastle. The aircraft XA-VBY (MSN 10729) is operated by VivaAerobus. ALM Head of Marketing  Richard Dudley-Cave, said “ALM and Fuyo are pleased to announce the successful acquisition of an A321neo from Aircastle, marking the addition of VivaAerobus to our expanding portfolio of airline customers. This acquisition supports the growth of Fuyo’s fleet of modern, fuel-efficient aircraft while broadening its global reach and strengthening relationships with key airline partners."

 

AviLease to become one of the world's top 10 Aircraft Leasing companies by 2030

AviLease announced it successfully raised a $2.5 billion 5-years unsecured term facility structured into two parts - a conventional facility of $1.730 billion and a Sharia’ah Compliant facility of USD770 million. Its request was 2.7 times oversubscribed with substantial interest from across the local, regional and international markets, underlining the growing global confidence in our business model and growth prospects. The financing will be used, inter alia, to fully refinance a bridge facility that AviLease raised in 2023 acquiring Standard Chartered aircraft leasing. AviLease plans to expand its fleet and become one of the world's top 10 Aircraft Leasing companies by 2030.

 

MONTE Leases Cessna Grand Caravan 208B EX to Costa Rica Green Airways

MONTE announced that it has completed the long-term operating lease of one Cessna Grand Caravan 208B EX aircraft for Costa Rica Green Airways. Costa Rica Green Airways is a domestic carrier based in San Jose, Costa Rica.

 

Nordic Aviation Capital Closes Term Loan

Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced that it has closed a $382m, 5-year, non-recourse term loan facility which will be used to refinance a portfolio of twenty-one aircraft. The term loan, which consists of a mix of narrowbody and turboprop aircraft, will free up $650 million of capacity in its warehouse facility to fund volume targets into 2025.
