CALC launches cabin door trainers manufactured from disassembled Airbus A320
Universal Asset Management, Inc. (UAM) under China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Limited, announce that its expert aircraft technical team has successfully developed and manufactured an over wing emergency exit trainer and a main entry-door trainer from the materials taken from an Airbus A320 currently undergoing disassembly. The fully functional trainers, which were designed with support from the Global Crossing Airlines (GlobalX) technical team, will serve as the official training platform for the carrier to train its flight attendants in Miami.
China eyes international air travel recovery from 2023
The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) expects to restore international air travel, as well as expand its domestic air travel market, from 2023 onwards. The CAAC released plans to grow the number of airports in n its 5-year plan The CAAC expects to have 270 civil airports by end-2025.
China introduces easier security checks at major airports
China's Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) have introduced safer, more efficient and comfortable security check measures at major airports nationwide to enhance passenger services. The so-called "easy security check" service has been put into operation at 40 major airports each with annual passenger throughput of more than 10 million effective from 1st January.
China Southern Airlines adds two new Airbus A350s
China Southern Airlines has taken delivery of two new Airbus A350-900 aircraft. The new aircraft will operate domestic routes between Beijing Daxing International Airport, Shanghai and Chengdu. (Xinhua/Liang Xu).
800 civilian aircraft with internet coverage announces Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC)
A total of 842 domestic aircraft were covered with Internet services by the end of 2021, a 29% increase, according to Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) . At the end of 2021, the total number of China’s certified civil transport airports reached 248, with two major airports in Chengdu and Qingdao put into operation.
