Azorra Acquires Air France Boeing 777-300ER

Azorra announced the first widebody aircraft to its portfolio, having successfully completed the novation of a Boeing B777-300ER aircraft on lease with Air France. Azorra CEO & Founder John Evans said “We’re thrilled to grow our relationship with Air France. This transaction marks the start of a new era for Azorra as we continue to diversify our growing portfolio by opportunistically acquiring aircraft such as the Boeing 777.”
 

Deucalion Aviation delivers one Airbus A330-200 aircraft to Iberia (LEVEL)

Deucalion Aviation announced the delivery of a GE powered Airbus A330-200 msn 0814 to Iberia (LEVEL) on long term lease commencing 23 November 2023. Deucalion Senior Vice President Marketing Bjorn Batenburg said “We are very pleased with the delivery of this aircraft on behalf of KDAC to a top tier airline. The aircraft will be operating under IAG’s long haul, low cost brand LEVEL. We’d like to thank the Iberia and LEVEL teams for the successful cooperation on this project and very much appreciate the continuation of our longstanding business relationship.”

Dynam Aviation delivers Airbus A321neo to Wizzair

Dynam Aviation Ireland Limited announced the completion of a sale and leaseback mandate with Wizz by taking delivery of the final Airbus A321neo to go on lease to Wizz Air Malta. Dynam Aviation CEO Katsuhiko Ando said “As one of our largest Airline customers, we are pleased to be growing our relationship with Wizz. The addition of this new technology aircraft is an important milestone in Dynam’s growth plans. We would like to thank Wizz, McCann Fitzgerald, Bayern LB and all others involved for their support throughout.”
 

Falko Acquires ATR72-500 Aircraft on Lease to Blue Islands

Falko announced the acquisition of one ATR72-500 aircraft on lease to regional carrier, Blue Islands. The aircraft bearing MSN 884 was purchased from Aergo Capital Limited who managed the sale on behalf of the owner. Falko Chief Commercial Officer Mark Hughes said “We are delighted to complete this acquisition with Aergo. The deal establishes Falko’s trading partnership with the lessor, which is our second closing in H2 2023 following the previously announced acquisition of four (4) Q400NG aircraft from Aergo.”
