Falko Acquires Two Embraer 190’s leased to Airlink

CDB Aviation Delivers Sichuan Airlines’ 200th Aircraft

CDB Aviation announced the celebration of the delivery of a second Airbus A330-300 Passenger to Freighter on lease to Sichuan Airlines. Falko Acquires Two Embraer 190’s leased to Airlink

Falko Regional Aircraft Limited (Falko), announced the acquisition of two Embraer E190 aircraft (MSNs 19000202 and 19000265) on lease to Airlink. The aircraft were acquired from Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) and part of the previously announced twenty-four (24) E-Jet portfolio acquisition with the lessor. Falko’s Chief Commercial officer Mark Hughes stated, “we are delighted to close the two E190 aircraft which marks the first closing of the twenty-four aircraft deal with NAC. The acquisition of the two E190s increases Fund II’s fleet to 66 and further underpins our longstanding relationship with Airlink, one of the leading airlines in Africa and a long-term Falko customer. We would like to extend our thanks to the teams at NAC and Airlink for their support in closing out this deal, and we look forward to working with NAC on the remaining closings.”

 

Phoenix Aviation Capital and AIP Capital to Acquire CFM LEAP-1B Engines

Phoenix Aviation Capital and AIP Capital announced an agreement to acquire a portfolio of ten LEAP-1B engines from CFM International. The new agreement demonstrates the strong relationship between the parties and CFM and will support the lessor's growth and mission of meeting the fleet and financing needs of its global airline customers. The engines are scheduled to be delivered 2024Q3/4. AIP Managing Partner, Mathew Adamo said "This order reflects a milestone in both AIP Capital's and Phoenix's growth strategy. We are excited to further expand our relationship with CFM and recognize the reliability, fuel efficiency, and performance of the LEAP engine family."
