Crestone Air Partners announces appointment

Crestone Air Partners announced appointment of Alan Kehoe as Vice President of Marketing & Trading. In the role as Crestone’s Vice President of Marketing & Trading, Mr. Kehoe will cultivate and sustain relationships with operators and lessor partners in both the EMEA and APAC regions. He will be responsible for conducting purchase, sale, and lease transactions. Crestone Air Partners  Principal and Head of Trading Steve Williamson stated, “We are excited to welcome Alan to the Crestone team. His breadth and depth of knowledge and his well-established industry network will be instrumental as we expand the Crestone fleet and presence in the industry.”
 

Falko Acquires 11 aircraft from Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC)

Falko announced the acquisition of 11 Embraer E-Jet aircraft from Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), as part of the sale and purchase agreement signed with the lessor in March. The aircraft, a mixture of Embraer E175, E190 and E195s aircraft types are on lease to LOT Polish Airlines (LOT).  Falko’s Chief Commercial Officer Mark Hughes, said “We are pleased to announce the successful closing of the recent set of novations with NAC, with eighteen aircraft from this portfolio now completed and acquired for Falko managed fund, Falko Regional Aircraft Opportunities Fund II (Fund II),”
 

Genesis acquires 3 aircraft from BOC Aviation

Genesis announced that it has concluded a transaction with trading partner BOC Aviation for the acquisition of three of the most liquid narrowbody aircraft; one Boeing 737-8 with TUI, one Airbus A320-200 with Volaris, and one A320 NEO with existing Genesis customer TAP. Genesis Chief Commercial Officer Peter O’Byrne stated, “Genesis is once again delighted to transact with our trading partner BOC Aviation, and we thank it for its support. We welcome TUI and Volaris as Genesis’ newest customers, whilst extending our excellent partnership with the team at TAP.”

 

IAT Leasing acquires Aer Lingus A330-300

IAT Leasing announced the acquisition of a 2006 vintage A330-300 leased to Aer Lingus from global alternative investment manager Castlelake on behalf of a US investor partner. IAT CEO Martin Browne stated "We are excited to further grow our portfolio of high quality, in-demand aircraft assets through this acquisition. This marks another successful collaboration with Castlelake, and we are thrilled to welcome Aer Lingus as a valued addition to our expanding customer base at IAT.”
