British Airways doubles India flights to 20 per week British Airways has doubled its weekly India flights from 10 to 20 with the UK moving the country to the amber list followed by India allowing more flights between the two countries. British Airways head of sales for South Asia, Middle East and Africa Moran Birger said: “It is wonderful to see connections between India and London being restored after months of uncertainty caused by the global pandemic. These additional new flights will allow our Indian customers, who have waited so patiently, to reunite with their loved ones. The flights also provide new travel options for Indian students wishing to travel to the UK and beyond for further studies, ahead of the start of a new academic year.” Flybig launches second flight under UDAN in Arunachal Pradesh A flight service connecting Tezu in Arunachal Pradesh with Guwahati and operated by Flybig under the Regional Connectivity Scheme UDAN commenced at Tezu airport in Lohit district last Thursday. The service will operate four times weekly using ATR72-500 aircraft. IndiGo announces Gwalior as its 70th domestic destination IndiGo announced Gwalior as its 70th domestic destination.
