FPG Amentum and LHI arrange the acquisition of an Air Baltic A220-300 FPG Amentum and LHI announced 4^th June the acquisition of an Airbus A220-300. The aircraft was acquired new in a sale & leaseback transaction with Air Baltic and its advisor Skytech-AIC. It is owned by an investment vehicle managed by LHI with servicing done by FPG Amentum. Genesis leases A320-200 to Laudamotion Genesis announced 5^th June the delivery of an A320-200 CFM powered aircraft to Laudamotion GmbH. Karl Griffin, Chief Commercial and Investment Officer of Genesis, said: “We are delighted to start this new relationship with Laudamotion. As they embark on an exciting period of their network fleet expansion in Europe, we are also driving our expansion and capabilities of Genesis. Together we selected an aircraft from within our portfolio, worked closely to plan and execute the on-time delivery of this A320-200 in time for Laudamotion’s new summer schedule and, in doing so, demonstrating Genesis’ capabilities of meeting Laudamotion’s time line of commitment to delivery all within 30 days” Goshawk Aviation to sell 18 aircraft Goshawk announced 4^th June the sale of a portfolio of 18 aircraft to Pioneer Aircraft Finance Limited and Pioneer Aircraft Finance LLC , a newly formed ABS entity. The portfolio comprises of 16 x narrowbody, 1 x widebody and 1 x regional aircraft. As at March 31 2019, the aircraft had an average age of 5.3 years and were on lease to 18 different lessees. NAC delivered one Embraer E190, MSN 19000071, to Helvetic Airways on lease Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) announced 4^th June the delivery of one Embraer E190, MSN 19000071, to Helvetic Airways on lease. Zephyrus Aviation Capital Acquires Airbus A330-300 on Lease to Thai AirAsia X Zephyrus Aviation Capital announced 4^th June that it has acquired an Airbus A330-300 aircraft on lease to Thai AirAsia X, a new customer for Zephyrus.
