AerCap Signed Financing Transactions for approximately $2.2 billion and Leased, Purchased and Sold 44 Aircraft in the Third Quarter 2020
AerCap announced its major business transactions during the third quarter 2020 including Executed sale transactions for 7 owned aircraft, including 2 Airbus A320 Family aircraft, 1 Boeing 737NG, 1 Boeing 747, 2 Boeing 767s and 1 Boeing 777-200ER. It Signed financing transactions for approximately $2.2 billion. Signed lease agreements for 28 aircraft, including 3 widebody aircraft and 25 narrowbody aircraft. The lessor purchased 9 new aircraft, including 8 Airbus A320neo Family aircraft and 1 Boeing 787-9.
BBAM Announces Retirement of Chief Operating Officer Greg Azzara; Names Vincent Cannon General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer
BBAM announced the retirement of Chief Operating Officer Greg Azzara, and the appointment of Vincent Cannon to the role of General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Azzara will remain with BBAM as an advisor to the company’s Executive Committee through March 31, 2021, to ensure a smooth transition.
Voyager Announces Sale-Leaseback Transaction for 5 A220-300 Aircraft With Breeze Airways
Voyager Aviation announced that it has signed an agreement for the sale and leaseback of five (5) A220-300 aircraft with Breeze Airways. The aircraft included in this transaction will deliver to Breeze from Q1 2022 to Q1 2023. This is Voyager’s first transaction with Breeze, as well as Voyager’s first addition of next-generation A220-300 narrowbody aircraft to its fleet.
