Aircastle Announces Increase in Authorization to Repurchase Shares and Appointments to Board of Directors
Aircastle announced 21st May that the Company's Board of Directors increased the authorization to repurchase up to $100 million of the Company's common shares, from the $76 million that was remaining under the existing authorization. The amount and timing of the purchases will depend on a number of factors, including the price and availability of the Company's common shares, trading volume and general market conditions. The Company also announced the election by shareholders of Jun Horie to the Board and the appointment of Takashi Kurihara to the Board. Mr. Horie is the President and CEO of Marubeni America Corporation and replaces Hajime Kawamura, who did not stand for reelection.
Air Serbia leases ninth A319 aircraft from Avolon
Air Serbia has taken delivery of its ninth Airbus A319 aircraft, with the jet currently en route from Shannon in Ireland to Belgrade. The aircraft, registered YU-APK it was previously operated by Royal Brunei Airlines and Cobalt Air leased from Avolon.

Jackson Square Aviation Ireland Announces Delivery of New Airbus A320neo Aircraft to Indigo
Jackson Square Aviation Ireland (JSAI) announced 15th May the delivery of a new A320neo aircraft to InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo). This delivery completes the 2018/2019 delivery stream between JSAI and IndiGo of 10 A320neos and reflects a strong, growing relationship between the two companies. "IndiGo is one our largest customers and we are delighted to offer the scale and reliability to finance our growing airline partners.", said Chris Dailey, President & Chief Commercial Officer of JSA.
