LATAM Airlines leases Airbus A321neo from AerCap
Dublin-based lessor AerCap announced it has delivered the first of eight new Airbus A321neo aircraft to LATAM Airlines , the remaining aircraft will be delivered through 2023 and 2024. AerCap Chief Commercial Officer Peter Anderson said "We are pleased to deliver to our longstanding customer, LATAM Airlines Group, their first A321neo aircraft. This delivery is the first of a number of A321neos from AerCap and will help support LATAM's fleet modernization and commitment to greater efficiency and sustainability. We wish the LATAM team every success and look forward to continuing to build on our strong partnership as these aircraft deliver."
ACIA Aero Leasing announces appointment
ACIA Aero Leasing announced the appointment of Mark Dunnachie to the company’s commercial team as Senior Vice President, Commercial. Dunnachie will lead initiatives to expand the reach of the lessor’s platform, with the goal of targeting significant growth opportunities in the turboprop and freighter markets. MONTE announced it has completed a finance lease with Mack Air for one Cessna Grand Caravan 208B EX aircraft. Mack Air is a charter airline based in Maun, Botswana operating a fleet of 20 Cessna Grand Caravan 208B EX aircraft on charter, scenic, and scheduled services.
