Genesis closes $450 million credit warehouse facility to fund growth

Genesis announced successfully closure of a $450 million warehouse facility to enable further acquisitions of aircraft in 2024. The facility was led by Citibank, N.A., with Morgan Stanley & Co., LLC and Bank of America as co-lenders. Genesis CFO Adam Smyth stated, "I am delighted to announce the closing of our warehouse facility, am grateful for the continued support of Citibank and Morgan Stanley, and welcome Bank of America as a new lender. The upsized warehouse facility represents a further step in our growth plans as Genesis continues to acquire assets in 2024 and beyond." 

Milestone to Lease Two Leonardo AW169 Helicopters to New Customer

The Milestone Aviation Group announced that it has signed lease agreements with Northern Rescue Helicopter Limited in New Zeland for two Leonardo AW169 helicopters which are scheduled to deliver in the coming months, for Medicare operations in the greater Auckland and Northland regions. Milestone Chief Commercial Officer, Sébastien Moulin said, “We are delighted to welcome Northern Rescue as a new customer to Milestone and place our first aircraft in New Zealand. The AW169 is well suited to support Northern Rescue’s fleet renewal program as it is configured to place patient needs at the heart of its design. We thank Ian MacPherson and the Northern Rescue team for the confidence they have placed in Milestone, and we look forward to working together as these aircraft deliver.”

Spirit Airlines leases Airbus A320neo from SMBC Aviation Capital

Dublin based SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one Airbus A320neo aircraft (MSN 11951) to Spirit Airlines.
