Aviation Capital Group (ACG) Increases Revolving Credit Facility to $2.4 Billion Aviation Capital Group announced that it has amended and extended its senior unsecured revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A to approximately $2.4 billion from $2.1 billion, across 21 financial institutions, and the final maturity date of the facility was extended to 3 June 2026. Azerbaijan Airlines to grow Boeing 787 Fleet Azerbaijan Airlines signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for four Boeing 787-8s at the Farnborough . The Azerbaijan carrier operates two 787-8s, with the MOU announcement the airline intends to grow its 787 fleet to 10 by 2030, enabling it to develop its route network in Central Asia. Azerbaijan Airlines President Jahangir Asgarov said “Azerbaijan Airlines was the first airline in the Caspian and Central Asia region to operate the 787-8 Dreamliner and we currently have two 787-8s in-service. This MoU is the evidence of joint efforts to scale up the mutually beneficial partnership between Azerbaijan Airlines and Boeing. Over the years, our 787 airplanes have provided impeccable performance, and the addition of more long-haul airplanes will further expand the geography of Azerbaijan Airlines' route network.” Qatar Airways Finalize Order for 25 737 MAX 10  Qatar Airways announced it has finalized an order for 25 Boeing 737 MAX 10 aircraft. Boeing Commercial Airplanes president and CEO Stan Deal said "We are honoured that Qatar Airways has decided to add Boeing's single-aisle family to its fleet, deepening our relationship with this world-class airline. The 737-10 is ideally suited for Qatar Airways' regional network and will provide the carrier with the most capable, most fuel-efficient airplane in its class." Saltchuk Aviation Orders Four Boeing 767-300BCF Aircraft Saltchuk Aviation announced the airline group placed an order for up to four more 767-300 Boeing Converted Freighters (BCF). The contract includes three firm orders plus one option. Saltchuk Aviation President & CEO Betsy Seaton said "We continue to see long-term air cargo trends that support fleet growth in the markets served by our three air cargo brands, and are excited to expand our partnership with Boeing. Converting these 767-300ER will bring highly-reliable capacity to our network, and backed by Boeing’s OEM expertise, we expect these freighters to operate in our fleet for the next 15-20 years.” TrueAero Delivers Two Airbus 330-200s aircraft Aerolineas Argentinas TrueAero announced the delivery of its seond A330-200 aircraft to Aerolineas Argentinas. TrueAero CEO Karl Drusch, said, “We are pleased to expand our relationship with Aerolineas Argentinas with the delivery of this second A330-200. I want to thank the team at Aerolineas Argentinas for entrusting TrueAero with the delivery of these two A330-200s, and we look forward to continuing to contribute to their success”.
