Scoot leases first Embraer E190-E2 from Azorra

Abelo leases new ATR72-600 to Olympic Air

Dublin based aircraft lessor Abelo announced the lease of a new ATR72-600 aircraft with Olympic Air, a member of the AEGEAN Group. This aircraft delivered to Olympic Air and is the third from Abelo's significant order of thirty aircraft with ATR.
 

AIP Capital establishes Phoenix Aviation Capital

AIP Capital announced establishment of Phoenix Aviation Capital a full-service aircraft lessor focused on financing modern, in-demand aircraft across the globe with offices in in Dublin, Ireland and Stamford, Connecticut. Phoenix is owned 100% by a U.S-based insurance and financial services holding company with approximately $11 billion of assets under management. As part of the transaction, Phoenix's owner has also acquired a 49% stake in AIP with AIP's management team continuing to own a 51% majority. Phoenix has a definitive agreement to acquire the rights, interests and obligations of a portfolio of 30 737-8 aircraft from 777 Partners.

AIP Managing Partner Mathew Adamo, said "We are excited to announce the creation of Phoenix Aviation Capital which our team has been working on for the past several months. The creation of Phoenix represents a key milestone in executing our strategy of meeting the fleet and financing needs of our global airline customers across market cycles."

Amelia leases three Airbus A320s from AerCap

Amelia (by Regourd Aviation) announced it has signed lease agreements with Dublin based AerCap for three Airbus A320 aircraft.  The first aircraft has been successfully accepted by Amelia and the final two aircraft will be delivered in the coming weeks. Amelia CEO Alain Regourd, said "With the delivery of this A320 aircraft, Amelia (by Regourd Aviation) shows its commitment for growth and for our ACMI franchise. By the end of 2024, we will have added three A320 to our fleet; we will split our Airbus fleet (totaling 6 aircraft by the end of 2024) between our French AOC and our Slovenian AOC.”
 

Scoot leases first Embraer E190-E2 from Azorra
