Transavia France leases Boeing 737-800 from SMBC Aviation Capital

Aergo Capital Asset Management Remarkets Airbus A330-300’s

Aergo Capital Asset Management announced it has successfully remarketed and delivered two A330-300 aircraft on lease to Air Canada on behalf of our valued clients Meritz Asset Management & Mplus Asset Management (Fund manager) and DAOL Investment & Securities (Owner’s asset manager). The two aircraft bearing Manufacturer Serial Numbers 1447 and 1517 were delivered in March and May, to meet demand for peak summer season.
 

AIP Capital Concludes Acquisition Facility

AIP Capital announced the closing of a $230 million acquisition facility . The facility provides financing for the purchase of seven Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft, that have or are scheduled to be newly delivered between 2021 and 2023, and are on long-term leases, to three airlines. AIP Managing Partner Jared Ailstock said “This facility facilitates an early milestone for our platform and diversified strategy. These aircraft will be both owned and managed by AIP and are a foundation for the growth of our business.”
 

Avolon Agrees Sale And Leaseback For 10 Embraer E195-E2S With Porter Airlines

Avolon announced the signature of a sale and leaseback agreement with Porter Airlines (for 10 new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft, with a list price value of $841 million. The transaction represents Avolon’s fifth leasing customer in Canada and will increase Avolon’s portfolio exposure in North America. The four aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2023, with the balance to be delivered in 2024. Avolon President and Chief Commercial Officer Paul Geaney said  “Porter is renowned for its customer experience and has exciting plans for the expansion of its E2 fleet. We are delighted to welcome them as a customer and look forward to partnering on their future growth. Our decision to add the E2 to our portfolio is supported by its growing operator base, with the transaction further diversifying our portfolio, whilst offering attractive returns.  The E2 is a modern fuel-efficient aircraft that offers excellent operating performance, competing effectively with other smaller narrowbody platforms.”
 

Transavia France leases Boeing 737-800 from SMBC Aviation Capital

SMBC Aviation Capital announced the delivery of one Boeing B737-800 aircraft (MSN 39825) to Transavia France, as the final unit as part of six aircraft transaction.
