Nordic Aviation Capital Sells Two E190 Airframes and Two Engines to Regional One
Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) has completed the sale of two Embraer E190 airframes and two engines to Regional One. Based in Miami, Florida, Regional One specialises in aircraft leasing, sales, and component supply. This transaction is part of NAC’s ongoing strategy to optimise its fleet portfolio and expand its leasing and asset management solutions.
Phoenix Aviation Capital, AIP Capital, and LuminArx Acquire Three Airbus A330-300 Aircraft
Phoenix Aviation Capital, AIP Capital, and LuminArx Capital Management have jointly acquired three Airbus A330-300 aircraft. The portfolio includes two 2012 vintage A330-300s (MSN 1346 and 1367) powered by GE CF6 engines and leased to China Airlines, as well as a 2015 vintage A330-300 (MSN 1690) leased to EVA Air. AIP Capital’s Managing Partner Mathew Adamo highlighted the seamless execution of the transaction, praising LuminArx’s efficiency and structured approach. The deal underscores the continued strong demand for widebody aircraft in the leasing market.
